This article on the left wing news rag of the Obama administration, ABC News reported that a “distinguished black scholar” played the race card by shouting at police who were responding to a caller’s 911 emergency call stating there was a black man trying to break down the front door of a neighbor’s house. This supposed scholar yelled back at police after they requested identification from him stating “Why, because I’m a black man in America?”
What an idiot. Blacks are more racist that whites and other non-blacks most of the time and think it is their right to call white people honkey, cracker, etc., just because they have been so horribly “oppressed in the far distant past.
I have several words for that: “GET OVER IT!”
Here is the link the article.

A Fascinating Story
A lady in a faded gingham dress and her husband, dressed in a homespun threadbare suit, stepped off the train in Boston, and walked timidly without an appointment into the president of Harvard’s outer office.
The secretary could tell in a moment that such backwoods, country hicks had no business at Harvard and probably didn’t even deserve to be in Cambridge.
She frowned. “We want to see the president,” the man said softly. “He’ll be busy all day,” the secretary snapped. “We’ll wait,” the lady replied. For hours, the secretary ignored them, hoping that the couple would finally become discouraged and go away.
They didn’t. And the secretary grew frustrated and finally decided to disturb the president, even though it was a chore she always regretted to do. “Maybe if they just see you for a few minutes, they’ll leave,” she told him.

Finally, after a couple of hours of tweaking the images and other parts of the new Wordpress T1 theme, I think I’ve got it the way that I want. Adjusting the image sizes was the hardest part along with picking images that look halfway decent at 550 X 113 px. I’m sure I’ll be futzing around with it some more though.

I just got word today that the $100 million dollar Powerball jackpot was not won by me. No really.
Spent most of the day today cleaning an reorganizing the garage, again. Decided to put the gigantic eliptical trainer we had stored in the garage back into the living room and move the two racks of dumbell weights to the garage. I figure that the more benifical cardio machine would probably get more use in the summer if it was in the house rather than in the superheated garage.
Also today I got a call from the Loss Prevention Department of Lowes where I had put in an application for Store LP Manager. They’ve only got an opening in Sierra Vista, AZ which is about 50 miles away but I started the ball rolling on it anyway. Can’t really turn down work.

Yesterday we finally returned home from Indiana, after a five day stay in that state. I’m not a fan of air travel although this time Southwest Airlines was actually rather pleasant.
